The formula enhances the activation of solid waste, while also improving grinding efficiency and saving electricity, addressing the pain points of significant strength drop and insufficient grade caused by high admixtures.
How Does It Work?
Particle Dispersion: Neutralizes static charges on cement particle surfaces during grinding, preventing agglomeration and reducing the "cushioning effect" inside the mill.
Grinding Efficiency: By keeping particles separated, it allows the grinding media to work directly on the clinker, reducing energy consumption per ton.

Q: Will adding a large amount of steel slag affect the stability of cement?
A: No. The active activating components optimize the structure of hydration products and will not cause poor stability. Factory stability test results are stable and qualified.
Q: Can this product be used to make OPC pure Portland cement?
A: Not recommended. This product primarily enhances solid waste activation; its efficiency in enhancing the clinker system is weaker than that of OPC-specific grinding aids. Under pure clinker conditions, the improvement is limited and the reagent cost is higher.
Q: How should the product be stored?
A: Store in a sealed plastic container at room temperature. Protect from freezing in winter. Do not store with strong acid additives. Shelf life: 6 months.
