What is ZS Ball Mill Special Cement Grinding Aid?

ZS Ball Mill Special Cement Grinding Aid is a liquid functional grinding admixture specifically developed for open/closed circuit cement ball mills. It is compatible with pure ball mill and roller press + ball mill combined grinding processes, conforming to the national standard GB/T 26748. The formula focuses on solving ball coating, lining blockage, and particle agglomeration issues, simultaneously achieving output increase, power savings, 3d/28d strength improvement, and blended material activation.

How Does It Work?

The reagent adsorbs onto the surface of clinker and blended material particles, neutralizing electrostatic adsorption force and completely eliminating ball coating, lining blockage, and fine powder agglomeration within the mill.

It weakens particle surface bonding force, improving steel ball impact and grinding efficiency, optimizing 3-32µm strength particle size distribution, increasing hourly output, reducing grinding power consumption, and decreasing circulating load.

It fully activates the activity of slag and fly ash, simultaneously increasing early and late compressive strength, allowing for increased blended material content without late-stage strength reduction.
