ZS Vertical Mill Cement Grinding Aid is a liquid functional admixture suitable for raw material vertical mills and cement final grinding vertical mills. It is formulated based on the grinding mechanism of vertical mills, taking into account drag reduction and output increase, roller wear reduction, strength improvement, and particle size distribution. Unlike traditional ball mill grinding aids, it specifically solves the pain points of vertical mills such as material sticking to the grinding disc, high pressure difference, large roller wear, and low finished product strength.

How Does It Work?

Grinding aids encapsulate clinker and mixed material particles, neutralize surface static electricity, and reduce internal friction and adhesion to the grinding disc.
