With a low dosage of only 0.1%–0.2%, it optimizes grinding efficiency and improves the high-temperature burnability of raw meal. This dual action reduces factory energy consumption from both electricity (mill) and coal (kiln) perspectives.

How Does It Work?

Mill Optimization (Electricity Saving): Active organic components adsorb onto the cross-section of raw meal particles, reducing surface tension and breaking down fine powder agglomerates. This makes raw materials easier to grind, increasing mill hourly output by 10%–25% and reducing grinding power consumption by 10%–18%, applicable to both ball mills and vertical mills. It also reduces mill vibration and extends the service life of mill parts.

Kiln Optimization (Coal Saving): The additive improves the burnability of raw meal by lowering the calcium carbonate decomposition temperature and accelerating the decomposition rate after entering the kiln. This reduces kiln coal consumption by 5%–12%. 7. Usage Guidelines

Calibration: Install a dedicated metering pump and calibrate it to the target dosage (1000g – 2000g/ton of raw meal). Direct metering is used when no lift is required; a two-stage pumping method is used when the feeding height needs to be increased. The addition point is set at the raw material feed belt or mill inlet.

Application Point (3 options):

Mill Feed Belt (Preferred): Spray and drip at the raw material collection belt or mill inlet for pre-mixing with raw materials.

Batching Silo Discharge Port: Fixed-point addition at the limestone/clay discharge belt.
