It can reduce clinker usage by over 10% when used directly, or by an additional 4% when combined with existing grinding aids.

Particle Dispersion: Neutralizes static charges on cement particle surfaces during grinding, preventing agglomeration and reducing the "cushioning effect" inside the mill.

7. Usage Guidelines

Calibration: Install a dedicated metering pump and calibrate to target dosage. Direct metering is used when no lift is required; two-stage pumping is used when feeding height needs to be increased. Addition point: clinker feed belt or mill inlet.

Application Point: Apply evenly onto the clinker feed before mill entry to ensure uniform dispersion.

Monitoring: Track mill amperage, production rate (t/h), cement quality (Blaine, residue), and 28-day compressive strength.
