ZS-Reinforced Cement Grinding Aid focuses on 28-day strength improvement (+5-12 MPa) with TIPA/DEIPA long-lasting formula. Strength continues to rise at 90 and 180 days with no decline. TEA-free, avoids weak later-stage strength. Ultra-low dosage at 150-300g/ton. Real case: DC8 achieved 65.0 MPa at 28 days in P.O cement and 48.5 MPa in P.SA cement. Backed by 43+ patents from Zhongsen Holding Group. When the fineness of cement 45μm sieve residue remains unchanged, the mill output can be increased by about 10%. While maintaining the basic cement ratio unchanged, the 3-day compressive strength of cement can be increased by 1-3 MPa, and the 28-day compressive strength can be increased by 3-4 MPa. When the cement strength and mill output remain basically unchanged, clinker can be reduced by 6%-8%, replaced by an equal amount of supplementary cementitious materials. The setting time of cement can be extended by 2-4 hours.

What is ZS-Reinforced Cement Grinding Aid?
ZS-Reinforced Cement Grinding Aid is a multifunctional liquid admixture added during the cement grinding stage. Unlike ordinary grinding aids that simply increase production, it focuses on improving the 28-day compressive strength of cement while also improving grinding output and reducing grinding power consumption. It has an extremely low dosage and is suitable for production lines with high admixture ratios and low clinker ratios, complying with the national standard GB/T 26748.
How Does It Work?
Complexing and Activating Iron-Phase Minerals: TIPA forms a soluble complex with Fe³⁺ in cement, breaking down the ferric hydroxide coating generated during C₄AF hydration, continuously promoting the full hydration of tetracalcium aluminoferrite, and releasing long-term strength.
Activating Slowly Hydrated C₂S: This product continuously catalyzes the slow hydration of C₂S, generating a large amount of C-S-H gel, densely filling the pores of cement stone, and steadily increasing 28-day strength.
Deeply Activating Industrial Admixtures: Continuously activating the potential activity of fly ash, slag, and steel slag, compensating for the later strength gap caused by multiple admixtures, without 28-day strength reduction.
