ZS-Powder Cement Grinding Aid is a solid powder cement grinding admixture, formulated from organic alcohol amine salts, inorganic active grinding aid salts, and solid waste activated powders. It conforms to the national standard GB/T 26748. It can be used without a liquid metering pump, relying on a screw weigher for uniform feeding. It has the functions of grinding aid, increasing production, saving electricity, and improving cement strength.
How Does It Work?
Physical Grinding Aid: Powder particles adhere to the surface of clinker and blended materials, neutralizing electrostatic adsorption, eliminating ball clogging and lining blockage within the mill, refining the powder, optimizing the effective particle size distribution, increasing mill hourly output, and reducing grinding power consumption.
Chemical Reinforcement: Alkylamine salts rapidly dissolve in the cement hydration liquid phase, complexing calcium, aluminum, and iron ions, accelerating the hydration of tricalcium silicate and dicalcium silicate; activating the potential activity of slag and fly ash, simultaneously improving 3-day and 28-day compressive strength, and increasing the admixture content of blended materials.

7. Usage Guidelines
Establish a dedicated storage silo with a high-precision electronic screw weighing scale below, connected to the cement mill head mixing material conveyor belt. The powdered grinding aid is added to the silo via specialized equipment, weighed, and conveyed into the cement mill.
The powdered grinding aid is pre-mixed with limestone, slag, or gypsum according to the mixing ratio, then added to the cement mill through weighing equipment.
Track mill amperage, production rate (t/h), and cement quality (Blaine, residue) to quantify performance improvement.
